This is the latest head-strap style N95 folding mask production line, head-strap masks are more comfortable than earband masks for long-term wear. The machine can also be equipped with the following modules: valve welding module, nose foam attaching module, inkjet printing module.
This machine is driven by high-speed servo motors, and the production speed can reach 50~80pcs/min. (When the breathing valve welding function is enabled, the speed is 25~30pcs/min)
The head-strap style N95 foldable mask making machine supports Max. 6 rolls materials, face mask size and welding pattern can be customized according to requirements.
