It is fully automatic production line from raw materails feeding, transparent film welding, face mask melt cutting, to ear loop weding and finished mask collection. The special feature of the mask is that the position of the mouth is changed to an open design, that is, a transparent film is placed to facilitate others, especially the hearing impaired, to communicate with the lips as usual.
The lip language face mask machine has 2 models to choose from, one is used to produce flat 3 ply face masks, and the other is used to produce KF94 face masks. Auto packaging function and CCD detection system will be optional.
