1. This is a fully automatic cup mask making machine, it's able to feed and cut the pvc foam and then weld to mask inside automatically.

2. All-in-one design, from the raw material entry, the cup body is formed, the sponge ring is automatically welded, the periphery of the cup is welded, the periphery of the cup is punched and cut, auomatic sequence transfer, automatic outer nose clip, auomatic pad printing, hook headband device with ultrasonic welding, auomatic breathing valve with ultrasonic welding (optional), manipulator grasping, automatic transmis-sion and other processes are automatically completed, realizing the fully automatic production of cup masks.

3. The inside nose pad is automatically welded, achieve full automation from raw material to finished product. Hook headband device with ultrasonic welding, attach headband manually, headband degree of tightness adjustment is more convenient.
